The Head of Government thanked the Finance Ministry, the National Bank, and the Government Administration's economic team for their joint work in order to maintain economic stability in the country in both fiscal and monetary directions. According to the Prime Minister, it is thanks to coordinated work that Georgia was one of the first to finalize negotiations with the International Monetary Fund.
"As a result of our coordinated work with international partners and donors, we were one of the first to finalize negotiations with the International Monetary Fund, so that the country's macroeconomic security was not threatened even for a day, and that should be credited to these persons. The anti-crisis budget is a result of a systemic approach, with every detail taken into account, and every risk assessed in time and in light of the highly unpredictable situation," Giorgi Gakharia said.
