Exports from Georgia to Spain hit a record high. The increase amounted to 654.3% in five months of 2023.
According to official statistics, the largest share of exports - 75.9%- accounted for copper ores and concentrates, followed by non-denatured ethyl spirits, nuts, and whole nuts.

Imports from Spain also stood at a record level in 5M2023. During 5 months, Georgia purchased goods worth USD 79 million 804 thousand, which was 30.7% more compared to the same period of the last year. Geostat data shows that the main imported goods from Spain are ceramic tiles.
