Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili has submitted his 2025 asset declaration, revealing that he owns no real estate or vehicles despite serving in the post for five years. The declaration lists only the salaries and expenses of Khutsishvili and his spouse, Rusudan Javakhishvili, an administrative manager at the European School.
According to the document, Khutsishvili earned GEL 119,731 in ministerial salary in 2025, while his wife earned GEl 42,451. She also received a GEL 6,390 tuition payment from a parent as a gift.
The minister reported GEL 24,300 in expenses for his three children and noted that he spent GEL 15,879 on vacation last year. At the time of filing the declaration, Khutsishvili had GEL 25,266 in his salary account.
