Businessman Vakhtang Pkhakadze, founder of Lutecia Group, died at the age of 63 with covid-19. Relatives and friends of Vakhtang Pkhakadze spread information about it on the social network.
"We are deeply saddened by the death of Vakhtang Pkhakadze, one of the most successful Georgian businessmen, the founder and president of Lutecia Group, a dignified person, a loyal friend and a supporter of all poor people. Vakhtang was a longtime friend of Archbishop Jacob. Our condolences to Vakhtang's family, relatives and friends. May God enlighten his soul and establish the kingdom of heaven," reads a statement posted on the official website of Archbishop Jacob of Bodbe.
Vakhtang Pkhakadze founded the company "Lutecia" in 1999. The group combines a chain of lutecia perfume stores, Mac, Calzedonia, Intimissimi and Yves Rocher and other well-known brands.
