According to him, the expansion of various branded stores is also planned in the current year.

"A few days ago, we expanded the Mango brand store in "City Mall", which has increased in size significantly. Also, there are plans to close the old Mango store in East Point and open it with a new concept around March this year.

In addition, we are also negotiating with East Point, which plans to open a second commercial space of 25,000 sq.m. in 2025. Also, the expansion of both "City Mall" (Saburtalo, Gldani) is planned, and in both cases, negotiations are underway at this stage", - says Goliashvili.
