“I am confident that EU Ambassador Paweł Herczyński genuinely wishes to serve effectively in Georgia, but the ‘deep state’ is obstructing his efforts,” stated GD Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze during a press conference.
“Herczyński is not permitted to perform his duties as a proper ambassador. He finds himself in a complex situation, compelled to make statements that harm his reputation in the eyes of the Georgian public. It is both tragic and unfortunate,” Kobakhidze added.
