The estimated real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate in June 2022 amounted to 7.2% YoY and 10.5 percent in January-June of 2022 YoY, - according to the preliminary data from the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).
According to the document, in June 2022 the estimated real growth compared to the same period of the previous year was observed in the following activities: Transportation and storage, Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, Information and communication, Hotels and restaurants, Mining and quarrying.
A decline was registered in Manufacturing, Construction and Real estate activities.
