The memorandum provides for support for the professional development of Chinese language teachers in Georgia, the development of additional financial support mechanisms, the sharing of educational resources and expertise, and the organization of joint educational and cultural activities.

As part of the partnership, a joint working group will be established to coordinate cooperation and is expected to begin operating in the near future.

The signing ceremony took place at the Beijing Center for Language Education and Cooperation, where Minister Mikanadze toured the institution’s modern educational facilities and held meetings with its representatives.

During the visit, Center officials presented a Chinese language learning program that utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to help learners from different countries study the Chinese language.
