Aidyn Rakhimbayev, founder of BI Group—one of Central Asia’s largest development companies—says the firm has been observing Georgia’s real estate market for a long time and was actively seeking a reliable partner to enter the country. According to him, Archi Group is the right partner for BI Group’s expansion into the Georgian market.

BI Group, a major Central Asian developer, is entering Georgia through a strategic partnership with Archi and plans to jointly implement international-standard development projects. The companies are also preparing to announce a multifunctional residential complex in the near future. Founded in Kazakhstan 30 years ago, BI Group now operates in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, the United States, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and several Eastern European markets.

Rakhimbayev said Georgia is a highly promising investment destination, describing it as a country where investors can “safely invest boldly.” He noted that BI Group had been monitoring the market for years and emphasized that finding a trustworthy partner was crucial. “Such a partner is Archi,” he said, adding that he first met Archi co-founder Ilia Tsulaia at Harvard and that their personal acquaintance later developed into a business partnership.

In response, Archi co-founder Ilia Tsulaia welcomed BI Group’s entry into Georgia, calling it a significant development for the sector. He said the partnership between the two companies will help further strengthen and refine the Georgian real estate market through the introduction of advanced technologies and international standards.
