Georgia is participating in all financial sanctions and international resolutions, - President of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvili, said in an interview with CNN.
"We are participating in all kinds of international financial sanctions and that's quite something for the Georgian financial sector. At the same time, we are participating in all the international resolutions that have been taken to support to Ukraine. If you come to Tbilisi, you will see Ukrainian flags everywhere. There have been many initiatives on the part of the Georgian people to demonstrate their support for Ukraine, as we share a common two-century history of Russian aggression and we know what that means," she said.
As for the issue to send armaments to Ukraine, Salome Zourabichvili declared, that Georgia cannot really make a difference in this regard.
“If the question comes to sending armaments to Ukraine, I would smile about it, because Georgia cannot really make a difference in this regard”, - she told CNN.
