The National Tourism Administration of Georgia has signed a $592,613 contract with VIVAAH Wedding Parties Organizing to promote wedding tourism in Georgia. VIVAAH Wedding is a leading wedding planning company that provides clients with full-service wedding arrangements, including venue selection, photography, decor, and other services.

The marketing campaign will run in three stages over one year and focus on promoting Georgia as a wedding destination. Events will take place in Dubai (UAE) and three cities in India - Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad - alongside another event in Dubai.

Key activities include a roadshow in Dubai for 60–100 potential buyers, management of a B2B microsite, and digital marketing campaigns targeting international wedding planners from July to December 2026. Services cover venue rental, catering, audiovisual equipment, content creation, and paid advertising management.

India has been identified as a fast-growing market for Georgian tourism. In 2025, 142.5 Indian visitors traveled to Georgia, spending a total of 290 million GEL, though the average spending per visitor decreased from 3,733 GEL in 2024 to 2,034.5 GEL in 2025. Previously, the Tourism Administration spent $407,000 on promoting Georgia in India through ThinkStrawberries Luxury Travel Marketing.
