"Georgian Dairy Products" opened a new cheese processing factory in Tbilisi. The founder of the company, Giorgi Liparteliani, announced this on the air of TV-program "Women's Narrative".
"Georgian Dairy Products" enterprise has been fully renovated. New buildings were built and the area of factories and warehouses had been tripled. All the equipment was replaced with European standard machines and the performance was quadrupled. Most importantly, we opened a new cheese processing enterprise in Ponichala with European standard equipment, which can process 100-120 tons of product during the year", Giorgi Liparteliani notes.
In 2023, "Georgian Dairy Products" processed 30-40 tons of products. The company currently produces a traditional line. These are: cottage cheese, sour cream and milk.
"Sweet and cheese will be added to the traditional production line in the future. We also want to increase the production of the existing products and rebrand the company," said Giorgi Liparteliani.
USD 800 thousand were invested in the opening of a new cheese processing factory.
The infrastructure of the company "Georgian Dairy Products" is located on 3.5 hectares in the settlement of Ponichala in Tbilisi. At this stage, the company employs 220 people in the factory.
