Cooperation between Georgia and Saudi Arabia was discussed on Thursday in a meeting between the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Khalid Al-Falih, the Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia.
The officials reviewed ways to “further deepen” the partnership, including trade and economic aspects, the Government Administration said.
The meeting noted the Georgia-Saudi Arabia Business Forum, launched on Thursday in Georgia’s capital city of Tbilisi, would contribute to the further development of bilateral cooperation.
The meeting also focused on the favourable investment environment and potential in Georgia, with Kobakhidze emphasising his Government would support Saudi Arabia to establish “fruitful cooperation” for attracting investments.
