The head of the Georgian State Electrosystem, Vano Zardiashvili, received GEL 215,218.89 in remuneration from the company in 2025, equal to a monthly salary of GEL 17,934, according to his asset declaration.
His spouse, Tinatin Abralava, who serves as Head of the Judicial Performance Evaluation Department at the High Council of Justice, earned GEL 88,038 last year. She also received GEL 27,000 from renting out commercial property on Beri Gabriel Salosi Avenue.
The declaration shows that Zardiashvili repaid USD 10,659 in 2025 toward a USD 110,000 loan taken out in 2016.
According to the filing, Abralava fully owns two apartments in Tbilisi, both received as gifts from a parent in 2017, and holds 50% stakes in two commercial properties purchased in 2016 for USD 20,000 and USD 30,000, respectively.
Zardiashvili owns a 22.85 sq. m garage in Tbilisi, purchased in 2013 for USD 1,500.
The declaration also lists USD 25,000 in Abralava's bank account from the sale of an apartment in Batumi and a USD 15,000 bank deposit.
