Georgia exported $262.1 million worth of agricultural products in the first eight months of 2026, up from $236.1 million in the same period last year. The value of exports increased by $25.9 million, or 10.9%, year-on-year.
Russia remained the largest export market, receiving $114.6 million worth of Georgian plant-based products during the period. Italy ranked second with exports of $22.1 million, followed by Armenia with $18 million.
China was also among the top 10 destinations, with exports totaling $13.9 million. Georgia exported $9.1 million worth of plant-based products to Germany, $8.4 million to Spain and $8.2 million to Syria.
France accounted for $7.8 million of exports, while shipments to Turkey reached $6.3 million and those to Ukraine totaled $6 million, according to the data.
