Georgia’s Ministry of Culture will spend GEL 440,000 on the production and placement of text and visual materials related to Independence Day, 26 May.
The ministry has already submitted a request to the State Procurement Agency for a simplified procurement procedure.
According to official documents, the funding is part of the government-approved 2026 action plan for Independence Day celebrations, which includes organizing large-scale events and ensuring public awareness through advertising materials such as billboards, lightboxes, and digital screens in Tbilisi and other cities.
The contract will be awarded to “Alma,” as the company holds exclusive rights for outdoor advertising placements in major Georgian cities. The ministry says the procurement cannot be split, as only Alma is authorized to provide these services in the relevant locations.
The installation and placement of advertising materials is scheduled to take place between May 13 and May 26.
