The goalkeeper of Georgia’s national football team and Liverpool, Giorgi Mamardashvili, has become an investor and business partner in Archi’s large-scale development project, Grand Avenue. According to the company, Mamardashvili will make a financial investment in line with the volume of his shareholding, joining the initiative as both an investor and an ambassador of progress.

“This is my first investment and a very important step,” said Mamardashvili. “Whoever joins us in the future will be proud of the Grand Avenue project. A real new city center is being created here, and I’m sure that together we will achieve great success.”

Archi emphasized that the partnership highlights the scale and vision of the project: “Giorgi Mamardashvili is not only a successful sportsman but also a symbol of development and progress for our country. That’s why our business partnership with him is so special,” the company said.

Grand Avenue, presented to the public on September 20, is one of Archi’s most ambitious projects. Located on Dadiani Street, near Dinamo Stadium, it follows the “city within a city” concept. The project became the company’s fastest-selling development - 644 apartments were sold in just five hours, setting a new record for Archi.

Built to modern urban standards, Grand Avenue will feature diverse internal infrastructure and extensive green spaces, with 75% of the territory designated for recreational zones, an unprecedented figure for Tbilisi. The development aims to transform this part of the city into a modern urban hub where residents can live, work, and relax in one integrated environment.
