Giorgi Shermadini (Lenovo Tenerife) is the Movistar MVP of the 2022-23 Endesa League, obtaining 88.6 points in the vote carried out among players and coaches of the competition clubs, together with fans and the media.
The center of the Canarian team Giorgi Shermadini continues to make history because he is the MVP in the competition after achieving this recognition for the second time in his career. On the first occasion, in the 2020-21 season, he received it at the highest point in Spain, on Mount Teide.
It didn’t seem possible to go higher, but Shermadini has done it: he received his second Movistar MVP on a plane, on the Vueling route between Tenerife and Malaga, at an altitude of 11,000 meters and to the surprise of all the passengers and the well-deserved celebration with all his companions.
The Best Five of the Endesa League 2022-23 already has its members after the vote in which players and coaches of the competition, the media, and fans have participated.
