The Treasury of the Ministry of Finance has published a seven-month report on the implementation of the 2022 budget. It is clear from the document that the balance of the state budget has increased.
At the beginning of the year, the balance was GEL 880 million, and within 7 months it increased by 190 million abd amounted to GEL 1.07 billion.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the balance of the budget as well as other free funds are placed in the accounts of commercial banks in the form of term deposits. In total, GEL 1.25 billion has been saved in this form.
