The National Agency of State Property has put a property near Tbilisi International Airport up for electronic auction. The asset includes a 4,969-square-meter non-agricultural land plot and an abandoned building located on the former Akademgorodok territory, surrounded by logistics and industrial facilities.
The starting auction price is GEL 1.85 million, with a bidding step of GEL 5,000. Interested buyers must pay a GEL 185,000 guarantee fee to participate. The auction started on July 20 and will end on August 3 at 17:00. No bids have been submitted so far.
The property is registered under cadastral code 01.19.15.001.134. The agency noted that a Georgian Water and Power pipeline and a Telasi electricity transmission line cross the land plot, while the site is also located within Tbilisi Airport’s protection zone.
The winner of the auction will be required to pay the purchase amount within 30 calendar days and sign the sales agreement at the Public Service Hall within 45 days after the auction ends. Failure to meet the conditions will result in cancellation of the auction outcome and transfer of the guarantee payment to the state budget.
