The National State Procurement Agency has announced a new auction for the privatization of land area of 74 ha behind Poti Port. The initial cost of the land is GEL 10 million.
Under the terms of the privatization, the buyer of the area must build a multi-apartment residential complex. 100 apartments will be handed over to the government free of charge.
"The buyer is obliged to build a multi-residential complex within 24 months after the purchase of a non-agricultural land area of 8000.00 sq.m (cadastral code: N04.02.12.917). The residential complex should be built on not less than 6,934 sq.m and the building must include not less than 100 apartments: 1-room apartment (not less than 48 square m) – 21; 2-room apartment (not less than 57 square m) – 57; 3-room apartment (not less than 88 square m) - 22. The residential complex should be constructed free of charge for the state and the company must ensure its commissioning in accordance with the established procedure,” - the statement reads.
The auction ends in 13 days.
