Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Tuesday announced he would present the Government’s 4-year plan for the country’s development by fall of this year.

Kobakhidze said the plan would be a “comprehensive election programme”, ahead of the parliamentary elections in October, that would be “translated into a four-year Government programme following the [ruling party’s] victory in the elections”.

Kobakhidze is scheduled to present a report on the implementation of the Government’s programme for “democratic, sustainable and peaceful” development of the country to the Parliament on June 28.

The report says the Government is “unwaveringly implementing” the agenda and carrying out “important reforms” to “effectively realise” the goals defined by the programme.
