The government has transferred state-owned property in the village of Chuneshi, Tskaltubo Municipality, to the Georgian Orthodox Church through a direct sale for GEL 1.
Under Government Resolution No. 2320, signed by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, the property includes a non-agricultural land plot and buildings located on it, with a total area of 1,891 square meters.
The Georgian Apostolic Autocephalous Orthodox Church is required to pay the privatization price of GEL 1 within one month.
The government’s decision provides for the transfer of the property through a direct sale rather than a competitive privatization process.
