The cost of the average policy has also increased. If last year the average policy fee was GEL 51 GEL, this year its value became GEL 58.
According to the Insurance Supervision Service, the number one player in the health insurance market is GPI Holding, which has attracted a premium of GEL 66 million, the second place is occupied by Imedi L with a premium of GEL 42.6 million, and the third place - by Ardi with a premium of GEL 33.9 million.
