According to a statement from Tbilisi City Hall, the streets and underpasses are flooded, trees have been uprooted, and electrical wires have been damaged.
To tackle the challenges arising from this severe weather, the relevant agencies of Tbilisi Municipality are working closely with the Emergency Situations Management Service.
In light of the situation, City Hall is urging residents to refrain from moving around on the streets.
