Tamaz Daushvili, the managing partner of "DIO" declares, that the hopelessness in the country must end. As the businessman explains "more democracy is needed".
"We don't have oil and gas, our asset is intelligence and democracy, which are the interests of Europe and the civilized world. We have a good culture, but other tribes also have a good culture. The main thing is to have a model democracy in this country and if we achieve that, it will be our protection and shield. More democracy is our biggest asset," said Tamaz Daushvili.
The businessman disagreed with the opinion of Irakli Kobakhidze, one of the leaders of the "Georgian Dream", that the flow of people from the country is caused by the simplification of the visa regime.
"Now what is happening in the country is very bad. Everyone keeps their eyes out. People do not need a visa at all, they go to the USA and cross the border illegally. We should not make it a matter for people to escape. Hopelessness must end in this country. I always remember Zurab Zhvania's words - "I am Georgian and therefore, I am European", we should say these words every day and tell each other not to miss this chance", said Daushvili.
