Representatives of the hospitality sector held a protest march from Deserters’ Market to the Parliament.
As in previous protests, the main demands were the release of detainees and new elections.
Before the march began, there were several verbal confrontations between restaurateurs and merchants of the Deserters’ Market.
Additionally, the march participants stopped at the Vaso Abashidze New Theater along the way, once again expressing support for the detainees and symbolically reading the names of those detained aloud. At this moment, the march participants arrived at the Parliament and blocked Rustaveli Avenue.
