Mamisa Varshalomidze, the deputy executive director of Dreamland Oasis Chakvi, evaluates the summer season with BM.GE notes that the current season's trend is better than last year's.
According to him, an increase in Georgian guests can be observed this year. In addition, tourists visit from the CIS and Gulf countries.
"At this stage, we have group and individual bookings. The hotel is loaded with 80%. The complex includes 300 hotel rooms and 600 apart-hotels. We have guaranteed bookings for July - August and the hotel is almost fully booked. As for accommodation prices, they range from USD 200 to USD 350 per night with breakfast. However, they also have the option to buy a package with three meals. As a rule, those who come for vacation stay from 5 to 7 nights", Varshalomidze says.
Dreamland Oasis Chakvi is a premium resort and residential complex located in the town of Chakvi, on the first coastline of the Black Sea. The complex has an outstanding infrastructure, while it is almost fully surrounded by recreational areas.
