Anagi, one of the leaders of the construction sector of Georgia, published the 2021 financial report. According to the document, the company's income during the year amounted to GEL 254 million, which was 16 million more compared to 2020.
In addition, the net profit of the company in 2021 was GEL 9 million.
Anagi, which was founded in 1989, ranks first in the construction of residential and public facilities in Georgia.
According to the financial report, the company's revenues were distributed as follows:
Income from construction contracts - GEL 243 million;
Income from the sale of goods - GEL 11 million;
Total - GEl 254 million.
The company made expenditures of GEL 101 million on construction materials, while GEL 52 million on salaries and other related expenses and GEL 43 million on other services. In total, the cost of the service provided by the company was GEL 210 million.
"The group assumes that its activity will increase significantly in the coming years as a result of obtaining additional important contracts, and in 2022 the income will reach GEL 400 million.
As of December 31, 2021 and 2020, the sole shareholder of "Anagi" LLC was Nana Aroshidze, and the actual controlling person of the company was Mr. Zaza Gogotishvili," the company's management report says.
Assets of Anagi Group amount to GEL 301 million, while liabilities - GEL 191 million.
