Construction company Anagi will be the general contractor of Homer Alpha.
As Homer's General Director Nikoloz Medzmariashvili told TV-program "Business Morning", the cooperation has already been officially signed.
In addition, he spoke about the project and noted that it is quite large-scale.
"The selection of the general contractor lasted quite a long time, 8 companies participated in the tender. We discussed many issues and finally agreed that we are partners. Our cooperation has been officially signed, "Anagi" will be the general contractor of our first project, Homer Alpha, and I think we will have a good collaboration. This project should be distinguished by quality, architecture. Through our joint work with "Anagi", we want to create a good example of what kind of quality project can be done in the city. As you know, we are developers, not builders.
The project is quite large-scale, it will be equipped with smart systems. We wanted to be in line with the modern technologies. In addition, more than 7300 square meters of space is allocated for recreation, including children's, sports, and pet spaces," - noted Nikoloz Medzmariashvili.
"Homer" is a new development company on the Georgian market. It is implementing a large-scale project - Homer Alpha - with a $62 million investment gained from the international financial fund, NDJ Investment.
