The Ministry of Finance published a budget performance report for 9 months in 2022. According to the document, the government collected taxes of GEL 12.36 billion this year. Correspondingly, the government collected excessive financial resources of GEL 199 million.
Budget tax revenues:
• Value added tax - GEL 4.98 billion, 98% of the 9-month plan;
• Income tax - GEL 4.17 billion, 105.9% of the 9-month plan;
• Profit tax - GEL 1.58 billion, 100.5% of the 9-month plan;
• Excise duty - GEL 1.60 billion, 106% of the 9-month plan;
• Import tax - GEL 114 billion, 125% of the 9-month plan.
The budget revenues from privatization this year amounted to GEL 102.6 million in 9 months, which was 16% or GEL 122 million less of the 9-month budget plan.
