Tbilisi City Hall has announced traffic restrictions on Rustaveli Avenue and surrounding areas due to a planned rally. Traffic will be prohibited on Rustaveli Avenue from First Republic Square (Olive Tree) to Liberty Square. Additionally, access to Liberty Square from Kote Abkhazia and Shalva Dadiani streets will be restricted.

Drivers heading to Liberty Square will be redirected to Baratashvili Street, while those heading to Rustaveli Avenue will be directed to First Republic Square. Alternative routes will be available via Giorgi Leonidze, Pavle Ingorokva, Aleksandre Chavchavadze, Aleksandre Griboedov, Nikoloz Baratashvili, and Revaz Tabukashvili streets.

Changes to Ivane Machabeli Street traffic will allow drivers to reach Leonidze Street via Asatiani Street. Motorists from Petre Melikishvili Avenue can reach the remaining streets of Mtatsminda via Simon Janashia, Ivane Tarkhnishvili, Tamar Chovelidze, and Mikheil Zandukeli streets, continuing through Vasil Barnovi, Iakob Gogebashvili, and Polikarpe Kakabadze streets.

Access from the Rustaveli metro station to Liberty Square will be allowed along Rustaveli Avenue, turning at the Olive Tree and using Mikheil Javakhishvili Street and the right bank of the Mtkvari River.

Public transport routes will also change. Buses previously travelling on Rustaveli Avenue will now connect to Baratashvili Street via Javakhishvili Street and the right bank of the Mtkvari River. Routes affected include buses N301, N309, N310, N337, and N345. The N359 bus will also be redirected from Mikheil Javakhishvili Street.
