If 90% of Georgia’s citizens wear face-masks, spread of the infection will be down by 70% - this is was the Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia said before the government session. PM said he had talks with epidemiologists today.
“No one has found a better instrument against the global pandemic, than a face-mask, social distancing and complying with elementary hygienic norms. We have to care for each other and protect each other. In any other case, infection numbers will mount and the quick spread will negatively impact our economy and citizens” – Gakharia stated.
