"Education is the most important factor in order to move forward and strengthen institute of the so-called “Angel Investors”, - basketball player Zaza Pachulia told Business Morning.
To him, communication with the right people is crucial for building the business.
“I am now learning how to be an “angel investor”. At this stage, I have invested in about 20 startup projects. To me, it crucial how I communicate with the team; communication is very important. When I was playing in Atlanta, I opened a few restaurants, but it was unsuccessful - it could not work for two years, but it motivated me and I started working on changing the result; I studied at various American universities, which gave me education and contacts.
I am interested in projects that solve global problems and I plan to make investments in that direction. Everything starts with trust - you should build a business and communicate with the right people," said Zaza Pachulia.
