The Trump Tower Tbilisi project is important for Georgia’s development, according to Zaza Pachulia, co-owner of developer Archi Group. He made the comments to journalists at the official presentation of Trump Tower Tbilisi and Downtown Tbilisi.
The project is being developed in partnership with The Trump Organization, with Archi Group and Invia serving as the main partners and developers. The Sapir Organization is the co-developer, while Block Stone Capital, Finvest and Vector Group are investors.
“Trump Tower is a strong global brand. I am glad that this brand has entered Georgia. Everything is a process, but it is important that this relationship has started with trust on both sides. Trump Towers are located in cities known around the world, and we dream of being there. So, the Trump Tower in Tbilisi will also be on the map,” Pachulia said.
The project has an investment value of $2 billion and is being developed near Tbilisi Central Park, on the former Hippodrome site. Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said at the project’s presentation that the Trump Tower is expected to be completed in 2031, while the entire district is scheduled for completion in 2033.
