Seven Georgian buyers have already purchased real estate in the Trump Tower Tbilisi project, according to Ilia Tsulaia, founder of Archi, a partner of The Trump Organization. Tsulaia disclosed the figure to journalists following the project’s official presentation.
The project has a total investment value of $2 billion. However, Tsulaia did not disclose whether The Trump Organization itself is investing in the project, citing commercial confidentiality. He said the project’s partners include Archi Group, Biograph Living, Blox Group, Finvest Georgia and The Sapir Organization, while Georgian banks are also providing financing support.
“We have cooperation with the Trump Organization, and the commercial terms, who will invest how much and who will do what, are our internal commercial secret,” Tsulaia said.
Tsulaia said Trump Tower Tbilisi could advance Georgia’s real estate market by approximately 5-10 years and increase the country’s investment attractiveness. He said the project’s scale, high standards and entry of a global premium brand could send a signal to international investors and contribute to attracting new investment and supporting economic growth.
