The International Monetary Fund (IMF) forecasts Armenia's GDP growth at 7% in 2023, according to the October World Economic Outlook. Navigating Global Divergences, published by the fund on Tuesday.
In April, the IMF expected the republic's GDP to grow by 5.5% this year.
Next year, according to the fund's forecasts, the Armenian economy will grow by 5%, and in 2028 - by 4.5% (both figures correspond to the April forecast).
The state budget of Armenia for 2023 envisages GDP growth of 7%. The country's economy grew by 14.2% in 2022.
