Georgia’s coffee imports have increased sharply this year, both in volume and price.
From January to October, the country imported 6,261 tons of coffee worth $45.4 million. During the same period last year, imports totaled $30.5 million and 5,926 tons. This marks a nearly 40% rise in value, while the multi-year trend shows prices have risen by almost 80% compared to 2023.
Indonesia remains Georgia’s largest coffee supplier, followed by Russia. Both countries have significantly increased their prices for Georgia:
