According to the announcement, the influx of ambulatory patients has been temporarily suspended due to the extensive fire that swept through the railway station area, exacerbated by thick smoke.
“All necessary procedures following safety protocols are currently being implemented. We are fully committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our inpatients. The Dighomi and Vere branches will provide emergency care to patients during this time,” the statement continued.
A significant fire that broke out in the Borjomi Railway Station market area in Tbilisi has now been extinguished, and firefighting teams are actively attending to the affected location. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
