The company Aria Doreen Middle East has introduced an ambitious investment project in Armenia’s agricultural sector. The plan includes the development of a greenhouse complex, cold storage facilities, and a livestock farm.
On January 23, Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Economy, Tatevik Sargsyan, met with Akbar Ghamkhari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aria Doreen Middle East, and CEO Mahmoud Tahmasebi. During the meeting, the Iranian delegation presented a comprehensive investment project for the agricultural industry.
The project involves constructing a 10-hectare greenhouse complex, establishing a 10,000-ton cold storage facility, and creating a livestock farm for 5,000 cattle. Additionally, the investors are considering opening a processing facility for producing dried fruits and canned goods.
Deputy Minister Sargsyan emphasized the agricultural sector’s strategic importance to Armenia’s economy and outlined the government support programs available to facilitate the project’s implementation. At the conclusion of the meeting, Tatevik Sargsyan assured the ministry’s readiness to provide all necessary assistance within its jurisdiction.
