According to him, "this was an attempt to change our national identity, our DNA".

There were many attempts of transformation, renewal, development, but then then the so-called reforms were carried out in 2004. Since then, it can be said that the entire system was virtually demolished and a new vision was presented, which served to conduct some new experiments on our youth. They wanted to invent a new Georgian, a new person. I would also say that actually it was an attempt to change our national identity, our DNA, etc. I will not continue. Of course, it was absolutely unreasonable and I would say an illusion, a utopia that ended very soon. Since we came to power, a lot of innovations have been initiated by a number of ministers, a lot of reforms have been implemented, but there are still challenges. Our Minister Giorgi Amilakhvari has a very good vision", said Irakli Garibashvili.
