Representatives of Information Technologies (IT) are holding a protest rally in Tbilisi. They marched from the First Republic Square towards the parliament building.
The IT representatives are protesting the November 28 government’s decision “not to place the issue of opening accession negotiations with the EU on the agenda until the end of 2028.” They also demanded new elections and the release of demonstrators detained during the public protests.
Several protests are scheduled for December 13 both in Tbilisi and regions of Georgia.
