Businessman Nika Gamkrelidze said that Georgia must end the attempts to change the foreign policy vector, moral and physical violence against citizens, and all forms of corruption. According to him, Georgia needs a stable environment for development and a return to the path that the country temporarily lost.
"We must be able to return to the Western vector and fulfill our domestic tasks to complete the historic mission that we have been given as a result of Ukraine's sacrifice," the businessman said.
As Gamkrelidze notes, he wishes success to the freedom-loving citizens, who are trying to turn the country to the Western orbit.
"We have seen many citizens express their position, which we have not seen before, neither under this government nor under the previous government. Among them, we have seen statements by public officials - only once, in 2007, I remember a statement by ambassadors... All this indicates that our country has never been in such a political crisis before, which led to such a type of protest. I do not remember such a number of people on Rustaveli Avenue, gathered so spontaneously, with no representative of a political party standing in front of a microphone...
After November 28, the situation has become clear and the approach - "it doesn't concern me" - no longer works. In general, bullying is unacceptable to me, because I believe it is counterproductive. Perhaps we should talk a lot in public spaces and talk to our fellow citizens in order to better show what risks the country has been facing for nine months and the situation is getting worse. November 28 was a day of complete clarity, so there is no ambiguity about what is happening in the country", - Gamkrelidze said.
