Georgian poultry producer Koda plans to increase production by at least 20% this year, the company’s General Director Zurab Chuchulashvili told bm.ge.
According to Chuchulashvili, the expansion includes the construction of a new poultry house as well as the acquisition of additional equipment. He noted that the total investment is expected to reach up to GEL 4 million.
“We have signed two new contracts, and this year we will increase production by a minimum of 20%. We are building a new poultry facility and have also purchased a grading machine from the Netherlands. The poultry house is being built on our existing territory. The total investment will reach up to GEL 4 million,” Chuchulashvili said.
Koda’s production facility is located in Lilo, and the company is engaged in the production of eggs and chicken meat.
