National Agency of State Property reports that 4946 square meters of a land in Anaklia, suitable for hotel and infrastructure development and with a building on a territory is on sale on an e-auction for 1 GEL with the investment obligations.
According to the auction terms, the winner must invest at least 5 million GEL in the development of the territory. The bids will be considered till 22 October 2020, 17:00 pm. The winner must transfer the money for the property in 45 days after the auction ends. The hotel infrastructure ready to start functioning must be ready in 48 months.
