By 2023, the Georgian government has planned to sell property worth 200 million Georgian lari. According to the budget execution report, property worth 70.8 million Georgian lari was sold in the first half of the year, which was 82.4% of the plan for this period.
The National Agency for State Property of the Ministry of Economy of Georgia is responsible for the privatization process in Georgia, which publishes information about auctions on the website eauction.ge.
“The most expensive property sold during the first quarter was the land plot located on Grigol Feradze Street in Tbilisi. It amounted GEL 5.6 million,” the agency told BMG.
