Georgia’s mobile operators, Magti, Silknet, and Cellfie Mobile, all recorded revenue growth in the first two months of 2026, with the sector’s total income rising by 9.6% to GEL 150.7 million, according to data submitted to the Communications Commission.
The number of active mobile subscribers in the country reached 5,856,149, reflecting an annual increase of more than 222,000. Magti maintained its leading market share with 41.4% of subscribers, followed by Silknet with 35.7% and Cellfie with 22.6%.
Financial results for January–February 2026 show:
- Magti: GEL 71.6 million revenue, 2.43 million subscribers, +10.3% growth
- Silknet: GEL 52 million revenue, 2.09 million subscribers, +7% growth
- Cellfie Mobile: GEL 26.9 million revenue, 1.32 million subscribers, +12.9% growth
All operators also increased ARPU (average revenue per user), a key industry metric. Magti’s monthly ARPU rose to GEL 14.09, Silknet’s to GEL 11.93, and Cellfie Mobile achieved the strongest annual improvement, reaching GEL 9.73.
Mobile internet usage continues to expand rapidly: 4.26 million subscribers, 72.8% of all users, actively consumed mobile data in February. Average monthly data usage per subscriber increased to 18.8 GB, up 3.9 GB from last year.
