Georgia’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Gela Geladze, has announced the appointment of Mariam Tabatadze as the new Deputy Minister. In her new role, Tabatadze will oversee the Economic and Logistics Departments, as well as the Legal Entity under the Public Law Health Service.
Mariam Tabatadze holds a Master’s degree in Administration. She previously served as Head of the Economic Department at the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth Affairs starting in 2018.
From 2013 to 2018, she led the Budgetary Department within the same ministry. Her career also includes various positions at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, where she worked from 2005 to 2013.
