Georgian real estate platform Mycorner.ge has launched a new educational initiative, the Mycorner Academy, for individuals seeking to professionally master the field of real estate sales. Founder Tamuna Tsotsoria announced the launch during an interview on BMGTV’s program “Women’s Narrative.”

According to Tsotsoria, the Academy brings together leading professionals from the real estate, legal, and banking sectors, offering a comprehensive, practice-based curriculum. “The Academy is important to me not as a business, but as a tool for raising awareness,” she said. “Experts from various fields, including legal, financial, and both primary and secondary real estate markets, are involved in creating the course focused on practical learning.”

The first course will begin on October 16 and is structured for small, interactive groups of 10–12 participants. The one-month program includes eight lectures and hands-on workshops where students will learn to evaluate properties, understand market specifics, and develop marketing strategies. Graduates will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience and potential employment within the industry.

The tuition fee for the program is GEL 790, with an option to pay in installments. “We teach not only theory but also practical skills, how to take professional photos and videos, how to market a property effectively, and how to make an impactful presentation,” Tsotsoria added, emphasizing that the goal of the Academy is to raise the overall professionalism and visibility of Georgia’s real estate sector.
