The National Competition Agency has repeatedly fined the undertakings operating in the field of interpretation and translation services due to the non-fulfillment of their obligations.
The investigation of undertakings, which was conducted on the basis of the complaint of "Delta Development Group", the National Competition Agency completed in 2022. According to the results of the investigation, the concerted practices between the parties were confirmed. Accordingly, undertakings were imposed the appropriate financial sanction and instructed to immediately eliminate the violation of the law.
The National Competition Agency is considering the investigation of 6 cases, in 2023, the Agency completed two investigations and in both cases established the fact of restriction of competition by the administrative body. In the same period, a decision on inadmissibility was made on 6 complaints.
